Difference between Free Plan and Paid Plans?
|
|
|
Free plan comes with just 1 monitoring option. Checks are done every 60 minutes from just 1 monitoring location. There is a high possibility that your site may go down between this time gap and may not come under your notice.
In case of paid plans we provide x number of monitors. Checks are done every 3-5 minutes from 2-3 locations.
For example Eco Silver III comes with 8 monitoring option, 2 locations, check every 3 mins.
This means you can setup upto 8 http urls, or 1 http, 1 https, 1 Dns settings etc for us to monitor from 2 desired locations at every 3 mins interval. Our system will then monitor your probes and send you alerts via email, sms & rss. If your monitor is down or again up after facing downtime.

What is Page Content Monitoring?
|

This allows you to monitor word(s) on a web page. If the word is not found on page during monitoring, an alert will be sent to you. There is no additional cost for it. This feature is available in HTTP and HTTPs monitors only.

We already have an internal monitoring system, why would we need your system?
|
|
|
The Internet is a node/gateway based system. Your internal monitoring may tell you that a device is broken inside your network or even that the outbound gateway is having problems, but it may not inform you that inbound connections from different nodes on the Internet are able to access your website. APlusMonitoring provides monitoring from various diverse locations on different networks.

Can I upgrade plans for an existing account?
